At La Veste, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
